If you need to cancel your booking with The Shuttle, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to us as soon as possible to inform us of the cancellation. You can contact us via phone at +44 07955 882 666 or email bookings@standrewsshuttle.scot.
- Provide Details:
When contacting us, please provide your booking details, including your name, booking reference number (if applicable), and the date and time of your scheduled service. - Cancellation Notice:
Ensure that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Exceptions may be considered under certain circumstances, but early notification helps us manage our services efficiently. - Confirmation:
Once you’ve notified us of the cancellation, we will confirm the cancellation and any applicable refund procedures. - Cancellation charges and fees: If cancelling within 24 hours of your booking departure time, we may charge 25%. If you have not cancelled and our driver has shown up to collect you, but you are not there, you will be charged the full amount.
