Pickup and Drop-off Information:

For £20, our Shared Shuttles provide pick-up and drop-off services exclusively within St Andrews town. Please note that additional charges may apply for locations outside St Andrews, and these will be communicated to you upon booking.

Conditions for Shared Shuttles and Shared Taxis:

If you are not ready at the specified time, the driver may depart from St Andrews without you. In such cases, if the driver needs to return for you, an additional fee of £5 will be charged on top of the agreed fare. Please be aware that if the driver has already left town, they may not return to collect you.

Private and Shared Taxi Fares:

Quoted fares for private and shared taxis cover only the agreed-upon pick-up and drop-off locations. Any additional stops will result in extra charges, which must be arranged in advance. The driver reserves the right to charge the relevant fare along with waiting time.

Amendments and Responsibilities:

We reserve the right to adjust the quoted price based on the provided pick-up/drop-off location, particularly if it is outside St Andrews town centre. Any requested modifications to your booking may also lead to changes in the quoted price.

Responsibilities of Passengers:

The Shuttle cannot be held responsible if you miss your flight due to reasons such as incorrect information provided during booking, failure to show up at the agreed time or pick-up point, or carrying extra luggage without prior notification. Unacceptable conduct towards other passengers or the driver may result in refusal of travel.

Conduct Guidelines:

Passengers are expected to behave respectfully towards fellow passengers and the driver. Drinking, eating, or smoking is not permitted in our vehicles. Additionally, passengers under the influence of alcohol or other substances may be refused travel. Any passenger found soiling the vehicle interior will be charged a fixed fee of £60.00 GBP.

Booking Confirmation and Procedures:

We aim to confirm your booking within 24 hours of receiving your travel request, though during busy periods, this may take up to 72 hours. Pick-up points and exact times will be confirmed via email at 7 pm the evening before your travel. We take road works into account, which may necessitate adjustments to pick-up times.

Extra Luggage and Airport Meet & Greet:

Additional charges may apply for extra luggage beyond the standard allowance. For airport meet & greet, please inform us immediately if any group members are on different flights to avoid additional costs for driver waiting time.

Cancellation Policy:

Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your booking to avoid unnecessary charges. Failure to cancel with 24 hours’ notice may result in the requirement to pay the agreed fare.
