Visit the Find a Shuttle page, select your route and date. If a shuttle is already scheduled you can book directly. If not, request one — it will be created automatically and you will receive a shareable link. Pay the deposit to secure your seat.

When you book you pay a small deposit to secure your seat. The deposit amount depends on the route. Once booking closes, the final fare is confirmed based on the total number of passengers. You then pay the balance — the difference between the final fare and your deposit.

Yes. Just enter their name and email address when booking. They will receive their own booking confirmation and pickup details.

We use magic links — no password needed. Go to the Sign In page, enter your email address, and we will send you a one-click login link. The link is valid for 60 minutes and can only be used once.

You can cancel before the journey is locked. Your deposit is non-refundable unless we choose to make an exception. To cancel, go to My Bookings and click Cancel on the relevant journey. Once a journey is locked, please contact us directly.

The more passengers on a shuttle, the lower the final price for everyone. When you book, you see an estimated price based on current passenger numbers. As more people join before booking closes, the price drops. The final price is confirmed when booking closes.

Because it depends on how many passengers join before booking closes. The estimate reflects the current price at current passenger numbers. If more people join, the price will be lower. Once booking closes the final price is locked.

Deposits are non-refundable as standard. If you need to cancel, the deposit is forfeited. In exceptional circumstances we may offer a refund at our discretion — please contact us.

No. The price you see is what you pay. There are no booking fees or hidden charges beyond the declared luggage surcharge if applicable.

Good news — you benefit automatically. Your final fare is calculated at booking close based on the total passenger count at that point. If more people join after you book, your final fare will be lower.

For shuttles departing from St Andrews, you provide your pickup address when booking. We collect you from your door. Pickup times are calculated once booking closes and sent to you by email.

For airport-bound journeys, your pickup time is based on your flight departure time, minus the check-in buffer (2 hours for Edinburgh), minus the travel time (approximately 70 minutes). Additional passengers are factored in — each stop adds around 5 minutes earlier. Final pickup times are confirmed when booking closes.

Possibly. Each additional passenger requires a pickup stop, which adds approximately 5 minutes to earlier passengers. Your confirmed pickup time is sent when booking closes, once all passengers are known.

If the shuttle departure time is too late for your flight, you will be warned when booking and cannot proceed. You will be redirected to find or request a shuttle that suits your flight time.

For Airport to St Andrews journeys, you provide your drop-off address when booking. We drop you at your door.

Each passenger is allowed one suitcase and one carry-on bag at no extra charge.

Additional items beyond your standard allowance are charged at £5 per item. You declare extra luggage when booking, providing a description of the items. The charge is added to your deposit and applies only to you — it is not shared with other passengers.

Please contact us before booking if you have an unusually large item. We will advise whether it can be accommodated and if any surcharge applies.

We currently run shuttles between St Andrews and Edinburgh Airport. Glasgow Airport routes are coming soon.

Yes. Once you have paid your deposit your seat is secured and the journey is guaranteed to run regardless of how many other passengers book.

Please contact us as soon as possible if your flight is disrupted. We will do our best to accommodate changes, though we cannot guarantee flexibility once pickup times have been confirmed.

After booking, your My Bookings page includes WhatsApp, X, and copy-link share buttons. Sharing your personal link helps fill the shuttle — and every extra passenger reduces the final price for everyone.
